Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale/discounted items are non-refundable.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened health & personal care items (e.g., supplements, powders)
- Items not in their original condition or damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 7 days
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval/rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be initiated within 2–5 business days via your original payment method.
- Payments made via Razorpay will be refunded through Razorpay’s secure gateway. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email help@hrvtrends.com.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you may initiate a return upon delivery.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
